Can customers request modifications while the unit is being constructed?
Modifications are allowed via a Unit Alteration Form (UAF) and must be submitted and approved before the 3rd downpayment.
Customers may fill out a unit alteration form (UAF) - being provided during reservation and account counseling, to determine which parts of the unit they may/ or would like to customize for modifications.
Customers only have up to the 3rd downpayment to submit the UAF for final approval of Breighton's Engineering team.
